Classes are held in west Ottawa, and last one full day,
9:00am - 4:00pm with a 1.5 hour lunch break.
Nianli Mind Power Healing includes three (and more) different meditative forms of practice, of which the most important is called Classic Meditation. This is done sitting still while listening to a CD, using your mind to direct the healing qi energy into your body.

If you are not accustomed to sitting still in meditation, you may wish to begin with small steps. However, regular faithful daily practice is fundamental to success. Once you’ve become accustomed to Nianli practice, a minimum of 1 hour daily practice will be needed, as you will discover. Healing gains will be commensurate with the amount and quality of practice. If health recovery is fundamental in your life, and if you can commit to 100 days of regular, consistent practice, you will see definite healing changes (sometimes sooner).
Before contacting us about a class, ask yourself: Do I want healing? Am I willing to be responsible for my healing? Am I willing to work at it? If yes, you will need to find the time necessary for Nianli practice. It will eventually become as important and desirable to you as eating and sleeping.
If you choose not to find the required daily practice time for Nianli, you might begin with a simpler qigong form. Other qigongs are also currently taught in Ottawa and may be easier, less mentally demanding and more physically active. Some advertise publicly, others do not.
Weekly group practice is highly recommended, with two options each in English and French.
